248th Urs Mubarak of our 35 th Da'i-e-Mutlaq Saiyedna Nooruddin Noorbhai bin Shaikhali (QR) which was celebrated in Surat on Monday, 28 th February, 2005 turned out to be a historical event when Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) attended the Urs with thousands of people to get the blessings at the mausoleum of Muqaddas Maula. It bore a testimony to the miraculous history of Muqaddas Maula. He was a symbol of loyalty and trust when he was a deputy in Surat , the Da'i-e-Mutlaq being Saiyedna Shehaabuddin Saheb (QR) in Vadodara at that time. His duration of Da'wat is 20 years.

The mausoleum turned into a piece of paradise on the night of Urs when along with Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) thousands of people gathered to offer the flowers of faith and ghilaaf of belief. The Zaakiraan-e-Husain recited the verses of praise for Muqaddas Maula on the Qabr-e-Anwar. The sight was no less than that of mausoleum of Imaam Husain (AS) when mumineen engaged themselves in Husaini Maatam.

Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) in his crowning speech recollected the whole history of Muqaddas Maula and reiterated the difficulties from which our Maula had to pass through in establishing the mumineen in Surat . Citing the miracles of Muqaddas maula, Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) said that Allah Ta'aala endowed many families with the ne'mat of children by the blessings of Maula (QR).

Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) also remembered the benevolent mumineen of Mumbai who donated generously for the construction of Mausoleum and Musaafir Khaana at that time. He also emphasized the deep and spiritual relation of mumineen of Mumbai with the Muqaddas Maula, in the manner they have served in the way of Maula in the past.

Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) also conveyed the message to the mumineen that “History has repeated itself”; because for the past two years the committee of Mumbai named ‘Nooraani Members' has taken the responsibilities of arranging for sharbats, lunch, dinner and breakfast for the mumineen as long as they are in Surat on the occasion of Urs. He expressed his confidence that it is due to the blessings of Maula on the mumineen of Mumbai that a good luck has come for them to serve the mumineen. Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) prayed for the endurance of blessings of Muqaddas Maula on the mumineen.

Saiyedna Saheb (TUS) also expressed his deep concern about the demographic details of Jamaa'at. The population being stable and showing negligible increase since last 4 decades, He persuaded mumineen to give up the concept of small family.

A week later Umm ul-Mumineen Ma Saheba also visited the mausoleum of Muqaddas Maula along with the muminaat of 4 buses.  Panjatani Trust members arranged this visit and they also wonderfully managed and arranged the majlis, maatam and niyaaz for the muminaat.
