37th Da'i e Mutlaq Saiyedna Shaikhali Shamsuddin saheb whose mausoleum-Rawzah Shareefah is in Bustaan e Badri, Vadodara and whose tenure as a Da'i e Haqq extended more than half a century i.e. 59 yrs, is a Maulaa who revived the Khazeenat ul Kutub of Da'wat e Shareefah, who wrote extensively in Arabic under poetic genre, who revolutionized the Qur'anic studies in Madrasah, who prepared muminaat to offer namaaz in masjid, who delivered Moharram bayaanaat and the Haqeeqat of Karbalaa in Arabic.


On the night of 24th Rajab, 199th Shab-e-Urs of Muqaddas Maulaa, Saiyedna Dr Haatim Zakiyuddin saheb TUS elucidated in a very simple way some of our important Isma'ili-Taiyebi fundamentals that, "Allaah Ta'aala has bestowed upon us His Fazl-Special status because of the knowledge of Qur'an and the wisdom of Ahl ul Bayt AS.  People are envious of our distinction.  Very few have achieved this extraordinary position.  These "Few" chose ones have sacrificed their lives and wealth to attain this.  We are the mu'mins of Nooh Najiyullaah, Ibraahim Khalilullaah, Maulaa Ali of Ghadeer e Khumm, Maulaa Husain of Karbalaa and Saiyedna Ali of Ahmedabad.  At every steps there are enemies of these "Few" and they are "We".  Falsehood, Illness, Ignorance and Greed has deeply inflicted irreparable damage to those who are wasting their time in maintaining enmity.  They are least aware that, Allaah Ta'aala has lit the lamp of Faith in us and no human has or will get power to extinguish it.  Imaam is His representative and We are Imaam's faithfuls keeping his words and actions alive in our lives."

Gems of Hidaayaat from the Bayaan of Mukaasir Maulaa Siqat ud Da'wat DM:

• Muqaddas Maulaa Saiyedna Shamsuddin saheb AQ was the last Da'i e Mutlaq of Vadodara who delivered wa'az in Ziyaai Masjid in Arabic language during the Ayyaam ul Barakaat of Moharram and Ramazaan.
• Muqaddas Maulaa composed poetic marvels for the nasihat of Mumineen called Diwaan ush Shams in Arabi Zabaan.
• Amongst 45 Du'aat e Mutlaqeen AQ, Maulaa carries the beautiful reason for distinction that he is connected with the name "Shamsuddin" in three ways.  His father, the 36th Da'i e Mutlaq who appointed Maulaa as his successor bears the name "Shamsuddin", Maulaa himself is "Shamsuddin" and Maulaa appointed his son as his successor, the 38th Da'i e Mutlaq, also with the same name as "Shamsuddin", meaning the Sun of Islaam.
• From Bharuch port, Maulaa went Hajj Baytullaah twice with Hudood e Kiraam during his long Da'wat tenure for 59 years.  Hudood were perplexed to notice the golden Qur'anic writings on Kisaa hanged on Ka'batullaah that were exactly similar with Maulaa's calligraphic pattern.  In the Haram e Aamin, they exclaimed that, "O our Maulaa! We stand witness to this E'jaaz o Karaamaat that, You have indeed written these Qur'anic Aayaat on Ka'bah by your own mubaarak hands.  Maulaa! You are verily Rukn e Yamaani of Ka'bah and Naa'ib of Imaam uz Zamaan AS."
• Mukaasir Maulaa mentioned a Qissah of a Gunaahgaar-sinner, who by no means was eligible for Jannat.  But his eyes stood on his side that once in a majlis it wept profusely hearing the bayaan of Azaab e Ilaahi.  This weeping saved him from Azaab e Jahannam.  
• When Mumineen come for ziyaarat of Muqaddas Maulaa, they are not aware of the fact that everything that bows down sincerely in the respect of Maulaa, which one will help them out, do for them Shafaa'at to pardon sins and get the best sawaab from Allaah Ta'aala.
